AdAgility is seeking a proven Business Development professional

About AdAgility:

AdAgilityTM cross-promotes thousands of offers every day, driving incremental revenue and margin to clients while delighting their customers. The AdAgility Platform supports both first and third-party offer delivery, to help monetization experts, ecommerce managers, and partnership teams power cross-sell offers with minimal technical effort. A single line of code allows for the secure and efficient delivery of relevant offers, with 24/7 access to full-funnel analytics and powerful real-time offer administration.
AdAgility currently provides its platform to some of the top brands in ecommerce and across the web. The business development role is a new position and will be 100% focused on scaling the now-proven business model.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Initiate and grow relationships with desired national advertisers in both consumer and B2B
Work the sales pipeline; prospect, network, research, plan, solicit, seek to understand, pitch and close deals.
Work closely with the leadership team and client services team to solidify win-win partnerships, develop strategic plans and guide product development.
Sell convincingly every day with discipline and rigor in execution
Execute prospecting tactics within assigned markets and establish contacts across targeted companies
Organize output of categories scoped/evaluated and communicate findings
Constant vigilance in individual evaluation to ensure appropriate performance is achieved.

An Ideal Candidate Has:

2-4 years sales / business development experience in the Internet industry
Extraordinarily strong listening and storytelling skills
Strong verbal, written, communication and presentation skills
Mastered the importance of empathy and humility
Experience working in e-commerce merchandising and/or online advertising
Appetite to learn, improve and get better in the face of challenges in a fast paced environment
Desire and ability to reach out to and speak with senior and mid-level executives
A sales-oriented mindset; is autonomous and motivated
Expertise with MS Powerpoint and Excel
Demonstrated doing something incredibly challenging in their life
Proactive, planned and disciplined
Exceptional organizational skills, process-orientation

Also Good to Have:

Start-up or small team experience where accountability and execution is everything
Strong analytical skills and possesses the ability to think quickly (e.g. math in head)
BA/BS in marketing or related field
CRM and LinkedIn experience
