ProtonMail has 10 employees located at offices in Geneva, Switzerland and Cambridge, MA. You will be joining our research support and handling customer and technical support for the ProtonMail service, which now has over 250,000 signed up users and is growing rapidly.

What You Need for this Position:

Good written communication skills
Positive attitude
Intelligence, adaptability, and flexibility
Candidates should be tech savvy. Technical degrees are a plus, but not required.
Web development experience is a plus, but not required.

What You Will Be Doing:

Interact directly with our customers to answer questions.
Help resolve technical support inquiries from customers and maintain the high levels of customer support and
satisfaction we are known for.
Work directly with developers to improve the product with insights derived through customer interactions.
Lead the development of our customer support platform and protocols.
