Market analysis towards the first sale

The main task is to create a comprehensive database including the next procurement date (request for proposal, RFP, or request for quotation, RFQ, or invititation to tender, ITT) for new satellites or ones to be replaced. An initial database with existing satellites in orbit is available as reference.
For every potential RFP happening before March 2016, a list of contacts within the operators and potential bidder companies, with D-Orbit sale influencing power, should be created.

D-Orbit is planning to enter in the U.S. market, starting from June 2015. A positive outcome from the internship (i.e. letter of intent from a U.S. satellite operator) may lead towards a permanent position.
The internship duration is between 3 to 6 months, according to the results obtained. The internship is unpaid. Location: D-Orbit @ MassChallenge, 21 Drydock Ave., Boston.

Background of the candidates: sales & marketing. A minimum knowledge of the technicalities related to the Space market is required.
