Administative Intern for a Coffee Tech Startup

We are looking for a creative, ambitious and socially conscious Administrative intern.

About us:

Taste of Kenya intends to create an online marketplace that will connect Kenyan coffee farmers to roasters globally. This will ensure the supply chain is shortened resulting in a fairer price for the farmer whilst the roasters benefits through better traceability of coffee.

About the person we are looking for:

We are on the lookout for a talented intern, who is detail oriented to help us with the overall process of answering customer emails, filing, research and assisting where necessary.

This will be a great opportunity to learn about IT and sustainability initiatives. We are working on an AgriTech startup and are looking for an independent, motivated, organized, and hard-working intern to join our team as soon as possible! We love to see interns who are driven, meticulous, committed and self-starting.

If you are the kind of person who wants to be part of a movement that will impact change and disrupt systems for good then we are the team for you.

About the role:

You must be able to work at least 2 full days per week in our office located in Lausanne. We will cover all out of pocket expenses and the costs of volunteering, such as travel, lunch and phone calls. We anticipate that the role will be between 2-3 days per week between Sept- November 2016 – although this is dependent on availability.

Your will also have a key internal contact from the Taste of Kenya executive team with whom you will have catch up calls and weekly meetings.
