Antera is a venture-­backed Harvard startup that has designed an all­natural regimen to reduce the risk of allergy development in infants; the first product focuses on peanut allergies. We are set to launch this Summer with over 100 of the most prestigious pediatric clinics in the US.

We are looking for self-­motivated, creative, and ambitious associates to help us craft our brand and prepare for our product launch. You would join our small, high-­powered team, taking major responsibilities within sales and marketing. A​s the company grows you’ll identify new product opportunities, brand partnerships and other ways to connect with parents and physicians.

Role responsibilities:
● Develop consumer and physician marketing strategies that engage parents and clinicians
across the country
● Define and execute targeted marketing campaigns, optimize consumer acquisition cost
● Expand on regional outreach and events, develop a pipeline of media & PR contacts

Candidate profile:
● Creative problem solver, highly motivated to find better ways to get things done
● Strong analytical and communication skills
● Ability to balance multiple projects, and independently deliver results
● Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) with a proven record of academic achievement
