Inside Sales Representative

Grapevine is searching for a self-motivated, creative, talented, and fun Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our sales team. The ISR will be responsible for identifying appropriate contacts, qualifying and driving leads through the sales pipeline. This position will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives. Your work will directly impact brands that rely on Grapevine to help spread their products to the world.

Responsibilities:

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand database of prospects
• Perform effective online demos to prospects

Requirements:
• 1-2 years prior experience in a sales-related role
• Proven inside sales experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
