Community Manager - Boston

We’re a young startup working on disrupting the way people rent apartments.

We are currently operating in NYC and have been growing extremely fast, we’re now focused on expanding in Boston.

This is a part time position (up to 10 hours per week). Compensation is based on workload and performance and will start around $600 per month.

You will be our first hire in Boston (5th member of the company) with tremendous opportunity to take on more responsibility and work directly with the company founders.


Point-of contact for tenants (communicate through email & text)
Show rooms to interested tenants
Coordinating with building management & leasing offices
Periodic check-ins at each apartment (all units are in Boston and near public transit)
Identifying new apartments for expansion
Networking with Boston Startup community
Shape the strategic direction of the company
