Recent clinical studies proved that consistently introducing food allergens to infants before 6 months old prevents allergies by over 80% (*LEAP, EAT). The trouble is that parents find it scary, inconvenient, and stressful to introduce a range allergens regularly to their infants. We have created a convenient set of organic fruit puree pouches that contain the same amounts of allergens as the breakthrough studies, making it easy and stress-free for parents to prevent allergies.

Minus the Moo is a premium, lactose-free ice cream made from real dairy and all the same ingredients as regular ice cream. We use the lactase enzyme to break down the lactose and make our ice cream lactose-free! Two-thirds of the population suffers from lactose-intolerance to some degree and either has to sacrifice taste and texture by eating dairy alternatives or eat regular ice cream and suffer the consequences. No lactose-free ice cream has offered the same creaminess and quality, until now!

Kulisha works with food and beverage companies to convert organic waste into a sustainable, insect protein for animal feeds. The insects metabolize organic waste and are sold as a high-protein input for animal feeds. This solution addresses two key problems: it reduces the amount of waste going to landfill, and it provides a sustainable alternative to fishmeal. With over 90% of our ocean ecosystems overfished, there is an urgent need to find an alternative to fishmeal for animal feed.
